These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Texas Temp Masters HVAC services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Agreement

HVAC Services Provided:

  • Emergency HVAC repair and troubleshooting
  • System installation and replacement
  • Preventive maintenance and tune-ups
  • Indoor air quality improvement services
  • Commercial and residential HVAC services

Service Area: Our services are available throughout Central Texas including Killeen, Waco, Temple, Harker Heights, Belton, and surrounding areas in Bell County and McLennan County.

Customer Responsibilities

Access and Safety:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to HVAC equipment and work areas
  • Ensure pets are secured and work areas are clear of personal belongings
  • Notify us of any known hazards or special conditions at your property
  • Be present or designate an authorized representative during service calls

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Past due accounts may be subject to late fees and collection activities
  • Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty:

  • All repair work is guaranteed for 90 days from completion date
  • Installation work is guaranteed for one year on labor and workmanship
  • Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers according to their terms
  • Warranty coverage requires proper system maintenance and care

Warranty Limitations:

  • Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or environmental factors
  • Regular maintenance is required to maintain warranty coverage
  • Modifications by others void our service warranties
  • Some conditions may require manufacturer warranty claims

Liability and Insurance

Our Insurance Coverage: Texas Temp Masters maintains general liability and workers’ compensation insurance for your protection and peace of mind.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
  • We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages
  • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or equipment defects not caused by our work
  • Property damage claims must be reported within 48 hours

Emergency Service Terms

Service Hours:

  • Emergency service available Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
  • Same-day service when possible, subject to technician availability
  • Emergency calls are prioritized by severity and customer safety

Emergency Service Rates:

  • Emergency service calls may include additional charges
  • Rates are clearly communicated before work begins
  • No work performed without customer authorization
